1. What are your weekend services like?

Each Sunday at Champion Church you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting worship music and a practical and relevant message. Children are well-cared for in a loving, quality nursery and their own fun-filled Champion Kids service.

2. What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for awhile—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

3. What do I wear to attend your services?

You’ll find everything from casual to Sunday best at our weekend Services. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Champion is not about what you look like or what you wear.

5. What about my children?

At Champion Church your children are a top priority. Our nurseries are clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children's ministry called Champion Kids as well as life-changing ministry to students from middle school through high school.

6. How can I meet others and get connected?

There are many ways to get involved. Church 1.0 Membership Class and small groups are a great way to connect. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

7. How can I be discipled and grow?

Our desire is to see you become a fully-devoted follower of Christ. Our Growth Track offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your involvement in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step from healing to growth and into leadership. Begin the process at our next Church 1.0 Membership Class.

8. Why do you have small groups?

Small groups are an important part of Champion Church; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you’ve experienced our small groups. Groups allow you to meet other people and develop relationships that will spur your relationship with God. As Champion Church grows, groups allow us to “stay small” and connected. Groups are available for all ages and interests—there’s bound to be one that’s just right for you. Learn more about why we’re big on small groups.

9. How can I get involved in a small group?

One of the easiest things to do at Champion Church is to participate in a small group. Groups meet throughout the Wichita area and provide a place for Bible study, fellowship, and support. Contact us at 316-68-CHAMP and we will help you get connected into a group.

10. I have kids. Where do I take them?

You will want to head over to Kid Check In (Next to Champion Gym) where you will be able to check in your kids. There, you will be directed to the classroom(s) where you can drop off your kids. For more information about our kids ministry, Champion Kids, click here.

11. It's almost time for the service to start. Where do I go now?

Head into the Worship Center, which we like to call our Living Room, and make yourself at home. We look forward to worshiping with you and hope that you will experience God's presence as we worship together. Would you like someone to pray with you? Head downstairs to the Prayer Room and there will be someone there to talk with you and pray for you.

12. I have a few more questions. Where can I get answers?

13. What do I do after the service?

After the Sunday Morning service, you're not done. Since we're family now, our staff would love to meet you and personally welcome you to Champion. After the service, hang around and bring any questions that you may have for us.

14. What’s next?

You've attended one of our services, and now you want to get more connected. But how? We're glad you asked. Church 1.0 is your next step. Occurring the first Sunday of each month, Church 1.0 is the best way to learn more about us and begin connecting at Champion Church.
